Liability: Once the order leaves our facility, Wesborn.com is not liable for damage, delays, or loss that occur in transit. Any claims regarding shipping should be directed to the carrier with your tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If a package is confirmed lost or damaged by the carrier, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with your tracking details and photos (if applicable) so we can work with the carrier on your behalf.
