Refund policy
General Guidelines:

Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

Initiating a Return: To request a return, email service@wesborn.com with your order number, the item(s) in question, and the reason for return.
Eligibility for Returns:

Condition: Items must be unused, and in the original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products.

Final sale and clearance items.

Gift cards and downloadable content.

Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs and additional documentation to process your claim.
Refund Process:

Approval & Method: Once a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or product damage.

Timing: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of the order is returned, the refund will be prorated.

Restocking Fees: Generally, no restocking fee applies. However, for items returned in a condition that is not resellable, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.
Exchanges:

How to Exchange: To exchange a product, initiate a return for the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We recommend doing so to ensure timely processing.

Defective/Damaged Exchanges: For defective or damaged items, we may process an exchange once the return is approved, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping:

Customer Responsibility: Standard returns are at the customer’s expense. We advise using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

Shipping Labels: In certain situations (e.g., defective items), Wesborn.com may provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Exceptions & Special Circumstances:

Cancellation: Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel your order.

Force Majeure: In unforeseen events (natural disasters, carrier strikes, etc.), delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding and will communicate any major delays as quickly as possible.
